We retain candidate personal data for a period of seven years from the last meaningful contact, after which it is likely to no longer be relevant for the purposes it was collected. We make efforts to regularly communicate with candidates to ensure data accuracy and update their information. 

While we endeavor to permanently erase personal data at the end of its retention period or upon valid request, some data may exist within archive systems but cannot be readily accessed by our operational systems, processes, or staff.

We will not share your data with prospective employers without your express consent. We may share information with associated third parties and service providers if necessary to provide you with the best possible service, always ensuring appropriate processing agreements are in place.
